Bahati J. Rukiko

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Bahati J. Rukiko is a seasoned consultant and transformational leader with a proven track record in cooperative development, leadership training, and community empowerment. He has undertaken consultancy assignments with public institutions, private enterprises, and development organizations, providing expertise in governance, organizational strengthening, capacity building, and enterprise development.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director of SmartLead Consulting Group Tanzania, Bahati is committed to shaping leaders and institutions that deliver sustainable impact across diverse sectors. His professional experience spans cooperative development, social enterprises, and youth-focused programs, where he has successfully designed and implemented solutions that integrate research-based knowledge with practical applications.

He combines theory with hands-on field expertise, enabling him to deliver innovative and context-specific advisory services. Passionate about inclusive leadership and sustainability, Bahati continues to champion models that empower organizations and communities in Tanzania and the wider region.

Sophia C. Ngindo

Co-Founder & Programme Director

Sophia C. Ngindo is a dedicated leadership coach and programme strategist with a strong commitment to empowering women and youth through transformative training and mentorship. As Co-Founder and Programme Director at SmartLead Consulting Group Tanzania, she leads the design and delivery of impactful leadership and capacity-building programmes.
